The food content world exists on platforms like Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and Pinterest. People love this world. It’s fun, entertaining and a place where communities are built. Over 80% of the orders that end up on grocery delivery platforms begin in this world. On the other hand, ordering grocery is not fun; it’s repetitive, it carries a high mental load and mostly a utility for people. At Jupiter, we think the most magical food experience will be one where both worlds are merged. In this new product experience the utility side of grocery is automated and the food content side is hyper-personalized.
This world is better for food content creators as well because it gives them a clearer path to monetizing the content they create. At Jupiter, a huge part of our roadmap is giving them more tools to engage their communities. In the future there will be over 500k food content creators on Jupiter who feed communities of people.
