How have you contributed to the DAO?
I have been an instrumental member of the DAO in regards to all things dev. My core responsibilities and contributions can be summarized by the following:
- Architecture: provide general consultation on architecture, design, and implementation across all dev domains (protocol, infrastructure, frontend, subgraph, etc.).
- Devops: ensure that services are running smoothly, and that cross-domain development is seamless.
- Helped mitigate Infura overload during ConstitutionDAO spike. [1]
- Created CI tooling that allows repository separation and seamless sharing of artifacts. [2]
- Protocol lead: I am currently leading development of the V2 protocol alongside @Jango, primarily as it relates to quality and testing.
- Have provided extremely detailed code reviews of every PR against the V2 codebase. I continuously push for high quality architecture, even when it means taking the time to restructure components the right way. [3]
- Serve as a project manager for contract devs, dividing work, planning for future cycles, checking in, etc. – have created smooth contribution workflows for other members of the DAO (@dhyon, @Dr Gorilla, etc.).
- Alongside leading the team, have made extensive contributions to V2 testing and development. [4]
- Will serve as the point of contact for deploying and rolling out V1.1.
- Community: I am present in our community and keep Juicebox interesting.
- I believe I provide a valuable voice when it comes to teasing out intent and value – I'm not afraid to ask the hard questions.
- I encourage members of the DAO for the hard work and effort.
