- All times from 22:00 UTC to 00:00 UTC (back 22 hours)
- New requirement for proposals to either conform to a template or explain why they do not.
- Raising requirement to pass temperature check from 6 affirmative votes to 10 affirmative votes amounting to 30% or more of the total votes cast.
- New requirement for proposals to be executable to pass temperature check.
- Raising requirement for passing snapshot from 66% approval from 6 or more addresses to 66% approval with at least 15 total votes.
- Revamp emergency governance processes
- Updates to proposal templates to improve clarity and consistency.
