Provide a comprehensive, 1-2 sentence summary of your proposal.

As the community has grow 7x the last few weeks the demands on CanuDAO's support, mainly through Zeugh, have increased exponentially. This proposal asks to increase the recurring payout from $2,500 per funding cycle to $8,000 per funding cycle.

What role have you played in the community and what have you contributed thus far?

Canu's contribution can be divided in categories with each of them has adding a lot of value on enabling JB community to work and expand. Without contributions from CanuDAO in the areas of support, onboarding, tools research/setup/organization and bot development/support, Juicebox contributors would not be able to accomplish work that allowed the recent surge in JB success.

What role do you plan on playing in the community going forward?

Keep up the speed with JB's growth, being able to better reward the contributors actively working in here (matching the S-class CM market salaries) with 60% of this value, and directing the other 40% to CanuDAO internal team of researchers and devs, to further improve our knowledge on community.

How much do you want to earn? What else do you foresee needing from the community for you to do your best work?

My proposal is to increase Canu's cycle payment from $2,500 to $8,000.

It's also worth reminding that this payment goes as investment in Canu, generating $CND. Hope that with time this can prove worth the trust.

What does success look like for someone taking on your role?

  1. Creating time for the contributor team to focus on their tasks, using our abilities and knowledge on how to create a better workflow and member-flow in the community is first priority. That should look as seamless and automated as possible.
  2. Having our community grow as a safe space for creators and contributors to easily join, take tasks, execute and get rewarded. All while feeling that they belong here and that we are all equals, only differentiated by our individual characteristics, the bonds we make and the tasks we take.
  3. Being a clear reference for support to the whole community.
