The Debbie Referral Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by DEBBIE INC (“Sponsor”), 1000 Brickell Ave Ste 715 1557, Miami, FL 33131.
The Giveaway begins on January 14th, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on February 15th, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Giveaway Period”).
Approximate Winner Selection Date: February 16th, 2026
This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who have an active Debbie account in good standing.
Employees of Sponsor and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
Grand Prize and Winner Selection. The eligible participant who successfully refers the greatest number of valid referrals during the Promotion Period, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and in accordance with the referral terms set forth in the Debbie Terms of Service, shall be designated as the Grand Prize Winner.
Grand Prize Description. The Grand Prize consists of a usage-based promotional credit applied through the Debbie platform in an aggregate amount of up to Two Thousand Five Hundred U.S. Dollars (USD $2,500) over a period of twelve (12) consecutive months following winner confirmation (the “Credit Period”). During the Credit Period, Sponsor shall credit the Grand Prize Winner’s Debbie account on a monthly basis in an amount equal to the verified value of the Grand Prize Winner’s eligible gasoline purchases, as determined by Sponsor based on transaction data available through the Debbie platform.
Credit Limitations and Conditions.
(a) Credits shall be applied only with respect to eligible gasoline transactions that are successfully tracked through Debbie and categorized as gasoline or fuel purchases by Sponsor’s transaction classification systems. If there are any tracking issues, the winner may submit receipts as evidence.
(b) The total aggregate value of all credits applied during the Credit Period shall not exceed USD $2,500, regardless of actual gasoline expenditures.
(c) Any portion of the Grand Prize not applied during the Credit Period shall be forfeited and shall not carry forward.
