<aside> 📑 Why are we building Onsite.fun → We want to increase the culture and wellness of remote teams. The current conditions have increase employee's anxiety and isolation with their colleagues and teammates. We help teams and companies increase their productivity and relationship regardless of their location.

Quick summary: This has been our first operating month since we execute the idea. We achieved our objective and launched the product. We have launched with 12 online activities, 4 blogposts, 3 clients and 5 leads. We are very happy with the above and motivated to work hard to become a reference in the space.

Metrics:

• Number of activities: 12 (+∞%)
• Number of clients: 2 (+∞%)
• Audience size (social media and newsletter included): 168 (+∞%)
• Web traffic: 4k (+∞%) (This is exceptional given the HN traffic)
• GBV: 460€ (+∞%)
• Expenses: 51€ (+∞%)
• Morale: 9/10

The good:

• Create a website with payment (Stripe) and email integrations (SendGrid)
• Launched at Hacker News, we were blown away as the site featured top20 and captured around 4k views, implemented the email list too late, only captured 35 emails. We also launched at Remote Tools, but no significant traffic from it (maybe impacted by Thanksgiving day)
• Generated a gross revenue of $460 , below the $500 expected for the first month.
• Started a blog to drive and position our brand on the web (4 blog posts). Conducting one article of interest and one host interview per week.
• Defined a growth loop
• Created a Christmas Guide for companies and teams looking for virtual activities. Manage to capture 40 new emails.
