- Architected virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) tailored for cybersecurity analysis using Linux KVM, ramfs, noVNC browser clients, and a Node web console. The system supported 30 security analysts worldwide.
- The VDI project used self-hosted infrastructure to ensure data did not
travel outside of customer networks, allowing expansion of Cisco Security Services into the European Union.
- Configured self-hosted and cloud instances of Atlassian JIRA to improve the team's agile processes.
