1. Rates and Billing Practices

1.1 Standard Day Rates

• Standard Full Day (up to 10 hours on site): $800
• Half Day (up to 5 hours on site): $500

1.2 Overtime

• Hours 11–14: $120/hr
• Hours beyond 14: $160/hr
• Overtime is billed in full-hour increments; any work extending more than 5 minutes into an hour is billed as a full hour

1.3 Premium Rate Conditions

• Premium rates apply to:
  • Federal Holidays: Work on recognized federal holidays
  • Quick Turn: Shifts beginning less than eight (8) hours after the end of a previous shift
• Premium rate structure:
  • Base rate: 1.5× standard day rate ($1,200/day)
  • Overtime hours 11–14: 2× standard hourly rate ($160/hr)
  • Overtime hours beyond 14: 3× standard hourly rate ($240/hr)

1.4 Rush Booking Fee

• Bookings made within 7 days of event date incur a $300 rush fee (non-refundable)

1.5 Travel Days and Load-In

• Travel Days are billed separately at $500/day
• Load-in on the same calendar day as a travel day are billed as separate days
• For show locations more than 45 minutes (one-way) from Contractor's business address, Client shall provide hotel accommodations or reimbursements for all multi-day engagements

1.6 Remote Work

• Remote editing, post-production, or virtual services: $80/hr
