Modified Setup

1. Click the highlighted Sector Container and press spacebar to shuffle the map tiles. After shuffling, lock the Sector Container.
   • Optional: Further randomize the Sector by flipping map tiles.
2. Shuffle the Player Order Container. After shuffling, lock. Order of play does not change during the game.
   • Optional: If you're playing with less than 4 players, you can remove the colored tokens that aren't in use.
3. If you're playing with less than 4 players, put the unused Outsource Plans on top of the Plans Deck, then shuffle the Plans Deck Container. After shuffling, lock the container. Deal out 5 stacks of Plan Cards as normal.
4. Shuffle the PR Goal Deck Container. After shuffling, lock the container. Deal out 5 PR Goals as normal. Note that the victory tokens and credits are already pre-setup.
5. Shuffle the Order Deck Container. After shuffling, lock the container. Deal out 5 Orders as normal. Note that the credits are already pre-setup.

Above each player's Queue, there are color-coded areas for keeping earned Credits and Victory Tokens.
