Follow me on Twitter // Subscribe to my Youtube channel
If a video is published on Youtube and no one watches it, does it exist? 🌲 ~ Jason Bagley
Below you'll find the check list I put together for myself. It includes all the various distribution channels I have where I can easily let people know a tree has fallen in the forest about my latest Youtube video.
BONUS - create a ±30 second video clip from your video to distribute natively to the various social channels. (use rev.com to do the transcription as you'll need sub-titles)
One thing to note is take a little bit of time to adjust the content for each specific platform so you get the most bang for your buck. Just pasting your video link isn't going to cut it.
Lastly, I do have help to get all of this done - I'd suggest you do the same. A virtual assistant is worth their weight in gold when it comes to this type of stuff.
One thing to note about LinkedIn is they don't want people to leave their platform, so posting a link directly in your post is going to have way less reach. Post the link to the video as a comment.

No one seems to post to LinkedIn stories, which might mean more chance of someone actually seeing yours. That's my theory anyway - and it only takes a few seconds to post, so why not.
Facebook is one place I haven't published a lot of content on in the past 2+ years, so I don't know their algorithm very well.
