Daily Journaling:

I truly believe that the foundation of becoming a content creator is daily journaling. The best book I know on this is The Artist's Way.

This is where you're going to put your thoughts down every morning. I try to get at least 250-500 words down by just thinking out loud. Often this stream of consciousness will lead to ideas that can take up thousands of words if you allow it to expand.

Just start by setting a baseline. Focus on doing that consistently, then everything else will come as a bonus.

Instructions:

Use the calendar below to write your daily journal entries and cross off your daily goals. These 10 goals are my personal core components to high performance, so feel free to edit them to your liking.

Rules:

<aside> โ˜ Complete as many of these as you can in a given day. I consider 6/10 a day a passing grade. But as you'll probably find, it's not as much about the score as it is the results.

<aside> ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿผ Meditation: At least 10 minutes of mediation per day. I recommend using the Waking Up app by Sam Harriss as a good place to start.

<aside> โœ๐Ÿผ Journaling: At least 250 words of whatever is on your mind. If you need inspiration, check out The Artist's Way which has a 12-week writing course.
