Notionテンプレートは、Notion上で公開されている複製可能なページです。お気に入りのワークフローをコミュニティと共有したり、使用したいワークフローを複製したりできます。
Notionテンプレートの複製方法
複製したいテンプレートに移動し、ドロップダウンから複製先のワークスペースを選び、青い「複製」ボタンをクリックします。
既にサインインしている場合は、テンプレートがワークスぺースに自動的に追加されます。ログアウトしているか、Notionアカウントをお持ちでない場合は、表示されるメッセージに沿ってサインインまたはアカウント作成を行ってください。
Notionテンプレートのダウンロード方法
Notionテンプレートの複製は、ワークスペースにテンプレートのコピーをダウンロードすることと同じです。青い「複製」ボタンをクリックすると、ワークスペースのサイドバーにテンプレートが表示されます。
Notionテンプレートの作成方法
テンプレートとして公開したいページの右上の「共有」をクリックし、「Webで公開」と「テンプレートとして複製を許可」の両方のトグルをオンにします。ほかの人に共有する際は、必ず「Webで公開」トグルの下にある公開用URLを使用してください。
