New features

  • Sign into Notion with your Apple ID šŸ—ļø
The perfect combination of speedy and secure. Access your content instantly with your Apple ID ā€” no need to enter your Notion password or check your email for a login code. Plus, you can finally take advantage of Face ID or Touch ID on iOS!
This option is now available in Notion on all iOS devices. Android, web, and desktop are coming later this week! More info in our login & passwords guide ā†’

  • Lock your team's Workspace pages šŸ”’
The Workspace section of the sidebar is where your team's most important pages live. Admins in Enterprise Plan workspaces can now add an extra layer of security to prevent any accidental changes to these pages.
When you turn on this option, workspace members won't be able to create, move, re-order, or delete top-level pages in the Workspace section. This is particularly helpful for larger teams! To enable it, go to the Security & SAML section of Settings & Members on desktop. Learn more about workspace settings & security ā†’
