ingredients:
- [ ] 2 tbsp. dijon mustard
- [ ] 3 tbsp. white vinegar
- [ ] 2 tbsp. of lemon juice
- [ ] 6 tbsp. mayo half head of lettuce
- [ ] 1/4 head of red cabbage
- [ ] 1/4 head of green cabbage
- [ ] 4 large carrots
- [ ] 1 tbsp. pepper
- [ ] 1 tsp. of salt
- [ ] 3 green onions
directions:
- chop the lettuce, red cabbage, and green cabbage.
- shred the carrots and dice the green onions.
- mix everything together. coleslaw tastes best when left in the fridge for a while.
