  1. lay the pizza dough out (use olive oil to stretch it & flour to make it less sticky) and spread it out on an aluminum pan. Bake the dough at 450* for 5 mins.
  2. mix 1 cup ricotta, 1/4 cup cream cheese, 3 tbsp. chives, and black pepper together and spread it on the dough after it’s been in the oven for 5 mins.
  3. slice cantaloupe in ribbons. throw arugula, cantaloupe and balsamic glaze on the top.
  4. (optional) slice up salami & pepperoni and cook it on a pan then top it on the pizza. you can also use prosciutto.
