- [ ] 3 tbsp. chives
- [ ] 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- [ ] 1/2 cup. cantaloupe melon
- [ ] 2 handfuls of arugula
- [ ] pre-made dough (Trader Joe’s has good options)
- [ ] balsamic glaze
- [ ] olive oil
- [ ] 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- [ ] 1/4 cup cream cheese
- [ ] salami
- [ ] pepperoni
- [ ] prosciutto
directions
- lay the pizza dough out (use olive oil to stretch it & flour to make it less sticky) and spread it out on an aluminum pan. Bake the dough at 450* for 5 mins.
- mix 1 cup ricotta, 1/4 cup cream cheese, 3 tbsp. chives, and black pepper together and spread it on the dough after it’s been in the oven for 5 mins.
- slice cantaloupe in ribbons. throw arugula, cantaloupe and balsamic glaze on the top.
- (optional) slice up salami & pepperoni and cook it on a pan then top it on the pizza. you can also use prosciutto.
