Invite Participants & Audience

Participants will appear in the meeting. Everyone will see and hear them. Audience don’t appear in the meeting. They can see and hear the Participants.

👉 From the dashboard

1. Hover over a thumbnail
2. Click over the ‘share’ icon to copy the url. make sure you select the link for the Participants or Audience
3. Share the URL

👉 From inside a meeting

1. On the (left side of the) menu bar, click the attendees icon
2. Select the ‘invite’ tab
3. click on the link icon to copy the url. make sure you select the link for the Participants or Audience
4. Share the URL

Kicking-out an attendee

Someone having behavioral or technical issues? easy peasy. Head over to the Attendees tab on the (left side of the) menu bar. Simply click on “kick” to force an attendee to exit the meeting.

Promoting Audience to Participant
