👩🏻💻 What will you do?
- Work closely with the sales team, observing sales encounters to identify challenges they face, conducting skill gap analyses for the sales team, and offering training to meet the sales target and increase productivity
- Partner with functional leads and various stakeholders to improve business performance by proactively solutioning to standardize call quality
- Audit calls of the sales teams and conduct training sessions with an agenda covering skills and competencies required for sales
- Build a framework for each sales function on which a scorecard can be provided based on call quality
💯 Who are we looking for?
Someone who
- is energetic, empathetic, and a go-getter (moves fast)
- is great at attention to detail, listening, and providing solutions, and can build a framework
- has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- is well-versed in the world of education, skilling, and career counseling
- has 2-4 years of experience in communication, sales, and quality analysis in Ed-tech (in higher education or upskilling domain)
