Notion Maps enables you to create interactive maps using your Notion databases. Save time and money by crafting stunning maps that sync in real time with your data. Customize your map's appearance, displaying only the relevant information you need. We automatically convert addresses into geographical coordinates. Share your map anywhere, including Notion pages. When you authorize the integration, you grant us access only to the databases that require synchronization.
How to use
First, create your account by visiting [https://app.notionmaps.com](https://app.notionmaps.com/).
Once the account is created, an onboarding process is displayed with the steps to follow:
1. First, you must connect your Notion account. In this step, you need to select which Notion account to use and which databases to grant us access to. 2. After the connection is successfully established, you must select the database to use. 3. After selecting the database, you need to configure the columns that will be used to create the map. You can select one column as the address, or you can select two columns if you already have the latitude and longitude of the locations. 4. After this, you can create the map. Depending on the number of rows, this process may take more or less time. In the case of the free account, you can synchronize a maximum of 10 rows. 5. Once the map is created, you will be directed to the map detail view. In this view, you can configure some map options and obtain the public URL to share the map. From this same section, you can synchronize the map as many times as you want.
Paid accounts allow for a greater number of maps and rows per map. They also offer automatic map synchronizations at regular intervals.
