1-Click Service Desk by Hipporello

Overview

Hipporello’s 1-Click Service Desk allows you to collect customer and internal requests through forms and emails that automatically create entries in your Notion database. Once these entries are created, you can communicate directly with the requester within Notion.

The 1-Click Service Desk helps manage these requests via a user portal, forms, email integrations, and automations. It automatically converts your emails and form submissions into Notion database items, streamlining your workflow. The forms can be customized using an intuitive drag-and-drop form builder, and they can either be embedded on your website or listed on the user portal.

This tool facilitates direct, two-way communication with employees, clients, consultants, and potential leads. All interactions occur within Notion through comments and automated email notifications, ensuring seamless communication without the need to switch platforms. The user portal also supports cohesive branding, access control, and additional features.
