Our WhatsApp connector allows you to automatically send and receive messages through WhatsApp directly from your Eloqua campaign, including the ability to add attachments.

Before the channel can be used, the app must be installed by clicking on the link below.
First: Install the main app
Then: Install the WhatsApp connector

<aside> ⚠️ Please Note: The initial message MUST be one of the templates verified and approved by WhatsApp.
Once a contact replies to a message, you have a 24-hour time-frame where you can send any message you wish.

After installation, a new “WhatsApp” step is available within your Campaign or Program steps menu (to the left of any campaign/program).
