The direct mail connector allows you to send hyper-personalised mail direct from your Eloqua campaigns

Requirements

• [ ] Eloqua administrator account access
• [ ] Is the printer in-house, a third party specified by yourself or integration with the Instant Marketing provider?
• [ ] What are the specifications and customisation?

Installation

Before the channel can be used, the app must be installed by clicking on the links below.

First: Install the main app

Then: Install the Direct Mail connector

<aside> ⚠️ Please Note: If this is the first Instant Marketing step you have installed, please perform the following before contacting us to activate the connector:

• Add the step to a campaign canvas • Double click on the Facebook/Google step to get the step details • Click on the pencil icon • Click on the button Let’s Go!

Step Location

After installation, a new “Direct Mail” step is available within your Campaign or Program steps menu (to the left of any campaign/program).
