Who is Accord?

Accord is an early-stage startup founded by early Stripe, LinkedIn, & Google Cloud ****leaders.

Recently funded by Stripe & YC with $7M raised (details in TechCrunch & Business Insider), Accord is a Customer Collaboration Platform with a mission to: Help B2B sales move from Vendorship —> Partnership! 🤝

Customers already include: Figma, Okta, Metadata.io, Productboard, VeryGoodSecurity, Stripe, MongoDB, Alteryx, dozens of YC-backed startups and other modern sales orgs.

We're fully remote and looking for passionate problem solvers to join our growing crew!

Your Role

This is a make-or-break role as we build the foundation of our 10/10 GTM team. You'll partner closely with the company's CEO/Founder (Ross), Head of Sales (Tariq), Product, and Marketing to define, execute and iterate on Accord's CS motions.

Accord is creating a new category required for our modern, buyer-first B2B world: the Customer Collaboration Platform. We're looking for an entrepreneurial, passionate, customer-obsessed leader to help us deliver outsized value to users.

Accord's CX Lead will own the customer journey from the moment users decide to partner with us. Collaborating with GTM & Product, you'll craft an onboarding and success journey that ensures we provide results from day 1. Your work will also translate into a deeper understanding of users' needs and what to build next.
