To achieve our goals, I implemented a comprehensive approach that included competitor analysis and conversation mining to inform our research and content strategy.
To understand the language and needs of our target audience, I conducted conversation mining across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Quora, and user interviews.
This process enabled me to identify the keywords and phrases used by our audience when discussing real estate investments.
