Moba Design is an innovative furniture and interior design brand that focuses on creating sustainable and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Their mission is to help individuals and organizations illuminate their environments with beautiful and efficient designs

Goal

The primary goal was to collaborate with the tech team to deliver a responsive website that effectively communicates the Moba Design message to its target audience.

• Stakeholders: Lead Designer and the product owner

Approach

To ensure a successful outcome, I followed the '5 Elements of UX Design' framework, which guided me through the various stages of the project.

1. Strategy:

Working closely with the product owner, we conducted an in-depth analysis to define the needs of our target audience. Key questions were addressed, such as:

• Who is our target audience?
• What are their specific needs?
• What are their primary goals when visiting the website?
• How can the website effectively assist them in achieving those goals?

To gain valuable insights, we conducted extensive research and interviewed existing customers to understand their experiences and preferences.
