The IFSSA Employee Handbook has been prepared to summarize our ifssa policies, procedures and benefits for you, as an employee at ifssa, and to set forth facts that will be useful thorough your ifssa career.

IFSSA Employee Handbook: Employee Acknowledgement Form

I acknowledge receipt of these IFSSA policies. I understand that these policies summarize the Organization’s expectations of IFSSA employees as detailed throughout its HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

I understand that IFSSA policies, benefit plans, and protocols will continually adapt to changing business needs, changes in the law, and changes in the industry. As such, its policies may be altered, revised, amended, created, or abandoned at any time at the Organization’s sole and unfettered discretion, with or without prior notice as circumstances dictate.

As such, I understand that I am obliged to review and revisit Organizational policies in order to keep current with Organizational expectations and requirements throughout my IFSSA career.

I acknowledge that I have had an opportunity to review these policies and have been invited to ask any questions that I may have about IFSSA policies, now or in the future.

I understand that to retain the necessary flexibility in the administration of benefits and other policies, the Organization reserves the right to modify, supplement, rescind, or revise any of the terms at its sole discretion—except as required by law, and except for the rights of the parties to terminate employment, which may be modified only by an express written agreement signed by both me and a member of the Board.
