Veri is looking to hire a Community & Partnerships Manager who will work as part of our amazing Growth team. You will be helping manage and develop our influencer, coaching and affiliate strategy by building out tools, pipelines and services that support our community in spreading the word around metabolic health.

Our community is a diverse mix of health practitioners, wellness providers, and everyday metabolic health evangelists who are all using Veri to improve the wellbeing of their clients and audiences.

We’re a small team with big goals, so you can fully expect to wear many hats and have full autonomy over any project you own. We believe in building in increments so you’ll always have time to validate the ideas you believe will have the biggest impact.

You’re likely going to be a creative, hands-on individual who can connect with this audience, develop this channel, and use your experience to help discover new ways to grow.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a keen knowledge of the influencer landscape & community building
• Is a strong relationship manager
• Is comfortable managing complex data/analytics systems
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing?

• Your day-to-day would include influencer sourcing, community building, and analyzing influencer performance to achieve our ambitious acquisition goals
• Conduct research to source, vet, and analyze both coaches and influencers for potential collaborations
• Manage inbound and outbound influencer communication/requests, product delivery organization and influencer payment
• Create campaign analyses looking at correlations between KPIs and test variables, including ER, CR, CAC, etc. across multiple campaigns
• Develop a robust and well-organized database of talent with continual outreach for micro/mid-tier, vlogging and dark posting partners
• Manage discount code creation process
