The Role:

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and highly motivated Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of our social media presence across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone passionate about storytelling, content creation, and building community in the professional development and entrepreneurship space.

What You’ll Do:

• Create & Publish Content: Develop and schedule engaging, on-brand content across social platforms, including captions, graphics, and short videos.
• Engage the Community: Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions while building relationships with influencers, partners, and followers.
• Drive Strategy & Growth: Manage content calendars, analyze performance data, and experiment with trends to grow our online presence.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Align with marketing, product, and events teams to support campaigns, product launches, and brand messaging.
