The HQ system has a list of variables available for QR codes that you can set up on any of the default and custom email templates in the system, on the rental agreement, and on the return receipt.
You can also print vehicle tags with the vehicle's QR code from the actions menu on the Vehicles Screen in the system. For more information on how to print vehicle tags please go to this article.
The QR codes can be scanned with the HQ mobile app scanner, or with your phone's camera. After you scan any given QR code the mobile app will load and open the applicable screen as described below.

When scanning this QR code, the mobile app user will be taken to the reservation menu screen.

When scanning this QR code, the reservation's menu screen will open.

When scanning this QR code, the reservation's overview screen will open.

When scanning this QR code, the reservation's pickup screen will open.

When scanning this QR code, the reservation's return screen will open.

When scanning this QR code, the reservation's rental agreement screen will open.

When scanning this QR code, the reservation's upload license screen will open.
${open_reservation_on_status}
When scanning this QR code, depending on the reservation's status the applicable screen will open. For example: if the reservation is on open, then the pickup screen will load.

When scanning this QR code, the contact's detail screen will open.
