IMPORTANT) If the localhost doesn’t open your port number, be sure to port mapped 1ST! and then rename your container. That would spend your time less.
This is to pull images from the Docker hub. Mine never works even after creating a new repository on the Docker hub and then pulling it. So I choose to pull the other base container and then rename it to set it as my TensorFlow environment.

If I want to change my Docker Container name, I can enter:
docker rename <Old Container> <NewContainer:TAG>
However, I don’t why mine doesn’t work when rename the container name, so I choose to enter commands that changes image tag
docker image tag <Old Container> <NewContainer:TAG>
docker image tag <NewContainer> <NewContainer:TAG>
