you can copy paste or retype the questions (it's okay to reword) to the person one by one, and be patient while you wait for their answer. you don't have to ask all the questions (keep the interview short + sweet), just ask the important ones and the ones you want to ask.

you can go to your house, or do it in a private server— just make sure you're not in a crowded place where it's confusing, like in front of the nursery/adoption center area by gifts.

use some type of recorder (i just used the voice memos app on my laptop) and say the questions out loud as well as in the chat for the recorder to hear as well, and say their responses out loud too. a tip: you can pause and unpause the recording so you don't have to record the long silences while you wait for them to reply. make sure you say wh

then, take notes on your recording (aka just type out questions and answers) and put them in a notion subpage in chat. (you obviously don't have to send the recording lol)
