Communicate with your speakers using the backstage chat, which is only visible to organizers and speakers who are backstage.
When you'd like a speaker to join on-screen, ask them in the backstage chat to click the "Share audio and video" button. They will be added to the Moderation Panel. When it is appropriate for them to be on-screen, hover over their photo in the Moderation Panel and click the + icon to add them on-screen.
Once your speakers are on-screen and you're ready to broadcast, click the *Broadcast *****button.
Remaining time: use the backstage chat to communicate remaining time with speakers (e.g.: 2-minute and a 30-second warnings).
When speakers' remarks are over, you can either remove them from the screen by clicking the red remove icon under their video block, or the speaker can click the Leave button at the top right of their video screen.
NOTE: **Clicking stop broadcast will immediately cut the stream. Wait 10 seconds after the speaker's final word to click stop broadcast.
