Hopae (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy.

HopaeEUDIWallet (the “App”) is a decentralized wallet application implemented with reference to the European Digital Identity (EUDI) Wallet and related digital credential standards. The App is designed to process personal data, to the greatest extent possible, only on the user’s device.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we do and do not process in connection with the App.

1. Core Privacy Principle

HopaeEUDIWallet does not require user login and is designed so that users’ digital credentials, identity data, document data, and other personal data are not transmitted to, collected by, or stored on our servers or in any centralized repository.

Data stored in the App is generally kept locally on the user’s device, and we do not have access to such data.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

In the ordinary use of the App, we do not collect or store:

• identity data such as name, date of birth, address, nationality, or gender;
• the contents of digital credentials such as passports, mobile IDs, PID credentials, or mDLs;
• the raw data of credentials or documents stored in or presented through the App;
• login account information;
• sensitive security information such as certificates, private keys, or signature-generation data;
• copies of credential presentation history or verification request contents on our servers.

In other words, we do not collect, inspect, or retain the contents of a user’s wallet.
