What is Honeypot? Honeypot is a reverse hiring platform. This means you create a profile and once that profile is live, companies have the opportunity to contact you directly for an interview. All you have to do is create a great profile and let companies come to you!
After you create a profile, you’ll meet one of our Talent Success Advisors who will be your go-to expert and personal advocate. They’ll help you improve your profile, provide interview support, and answer any questions you might have.
Nervous about your next interview? No worries, you can practice with one of our Talent Success Advisors! Once you receive your first interview invitation on Honeypot, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule a practice interview. These interviews take around 45 minutes to cover all the important aspects of the first-stage HR interview, and at the end, we’ll provide you with personalized feedback.
