We've built a product our customers love and we can't wait to spread our message far and wide to help change mobile for good.
The mobile phone industry is broken. It’s spent the last couple of decades tying you into complicated contracts, overcharging you for being a loyal customer and keeping you on hold.
The crumbling high street banks have been swept aside by Monzo and Revolut. The big six energy companies have been shown the light by Bulb. Yet mobile networks are still stuck in their old ways (and overcharge customers by a whopping £182m a year while they’re at it).
We're building a new kind of network, where you know you're on the best plan, your loyalty is rewarded, we protect the planet and if you need a hand, we'll be talking to you in under 60 seconds.
We're looking for someone to get their hands dirty. To help us test and scale different channels quickly. Trawl Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Snap, Twitter, TikTok... If you think there's a good place for us to talk and tell people about what we're doing, find it, find the people, and help us grow and prove it with the numbers. We'll give you KPIs and budget, you deliver.
You'll be helping us out across all areas of growth helping with brand, PR, comms, media relations, writing, creative, social media, paid ads and any other strategies you can think of to help us reach new customers and will be the first dedicated hire in this space.
You'll need to have experienced some of this before, but not everything. We want someone who wants to help us grow from scratch and you might need to just get on with it sometimes.
As employee #3, you’ll report directly to the founders and, initially, work on your own alongside limited agency support as well as some help from our superstar associates 🦸♀️. You will be responsible for our acquisition growth engine (organic and paid).
