WHAT IT IS

Living Systems is a series of cohort-based courses that teach cyclical rhythm design for life + work.

Taught by Amelia Hruby + grace allerdice, the course material is sourced from our research, creative work lives + personal discoveries into how to live in alignment with the natural world + our embodied limits, while also honoring our interstellar capacities to vision, dream + bring worlds to life.

We’re teaching four cohorts of Living Systems in 2023, aligned with the elements + seasons of year.

• Four 75-minute live classes with mg + Amelia—showing you our exact solutions, frameworks and principles that make more aligned work possible
• Four hours of co-working + accountability sessions — for getting eyes on your work, crowdsourcing solutions + effective integration

• Access to our collaborative + nurturing online community while cohorts are live — connect with the us + the students any time during the active learning period!

Course materials + events will all be virtual, taking place in Zoom, Notion, Discord + Thrivecart.

LET’S LOOK AT THE WHOLE YEAR…

Living Systems takes place seasonally over the course of 2023.

We’ve designed these cohorts to grow together + go together. You can sign up for all 4 (we recommend 😇) or you can go à la carte based on your interests + needs.

Over the course of the year we’ll move from limitations to dreams, from edges to alchemy.

We begin by honing in on the scaffolding that supports our adventures, and we move to holding courage for our impossibilities. We designed it in this way so we can learn to better honor our energy, strengths + weaknesses, better create what matters most to us (a.k.a. manifestation). Think of it as a curated forest walk to help you get more aligned in HOW you do what you do — since you’re probably already pretty clear on the WHAT and the WHY.
