1. Who We Are

athoeme is a Brooklyn-founded, community-first rental platform designed to connect vetted members with private homeowners through warmth, care, and compatibility, not management companies or mass listings. We provide curated access to homes in brownstones, garden units, and other unique, story-filled properties across neighborhoods that still feel like neighborhoods.

We are building trust-first tools to help individuals rent and sublet their homes intentionally and privately, beginning in Brooklyn and expanding soon to Chicago, Los Angeles, and beyond.

2. Eligibility

To use athoeme, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement.
• Provide accurate, current information when signing up or submitting details.
• Use the platform in good faith and in line with community values of respect and transparency.

3. Early Access & Payments

We are in a limited-release early access phase. Early supporters help shape the platform and receive exclusive access to curated listings and matchmaking features.
