During our early access and waitlist period, we collect only what’s essential:

• Email address
• Your role (Member or Owner)
• Any other information you choose to share with us directly (e.g., through surveys, emails, or forms)

If you later create a profile, we may also collect:

• Profile photo
• Property details (if you're a homeowner)
• Rental preferences (budget, move-in date, pet policies, etc.)
• Vibe indicators (e.g., "queer-friendly," "plant parents welcome")
• Messages exchanged with other users

We do not collect or store sensitive data like credit reports, Social Security numbers, or payment card information directly.
