High Impact Athletes (HIA) was founded by Olympians to mobilise the sports community behind evidence-based giving. Race for Impact is our flagship growth product—a partnership with HYROX (the world’s fastest-growing fitness race) that turns racers into fundraisers for highly effective charities.
The scale: We’ve raised €1.6M+ and activated 3,300+ fundraisers across 30+ events in 15 countries. Our north star: 5% of all HYROX participants become Impact Racers within 3 years, generating $25–30M annually for effective charities.
The opportunity: We’re at the inflection point. The product works. The partnership is locked. Now we need someone obsessed with the levers—email open rates, ad ROAS, activation funnels, payment conversion—to help us 10x.
