Overview

Art Frameous is an AI-powered Android gallery app developed during my IBM internship. The app uses a high-accuracy image classification model to identify artworks from captured images and instantly display detailed information about each piece. It merges art exploration with intelligent interaction features, tailored to enhance both local and international art appreciation.

🏆 Awarded “Best Project” at IBM’s Skills Progression Partnership (SkiPP) Program — recognized out of 10+ teams for technical depth, UI/UX polish, and practical use of AI.

  • 🎨 Artwork Name or 👩‍🎨 Artist Name
  • 🖌️ Art Style/Classification (e.g., Baroque, Impressionism, Modern, etc.)
  • 🇵🇭 Local (Philippine) Art View: Features a distinct interface with indigenous patterns, a Philippine map watermark background, and culturally contextualized metadata.
  • 🌍 International Art View: Uses a globe-themed background, with clean UI, neutral geometric design patterns, and internationally standardized categorization.
• ⚙️ Optimized Processing: Sub-2s response time for mobile predictions and metadata retrieval.
