🧹 HeyReach MCP List Cleanup Prompt Playbook

1. Title mismatch

Prompt

Act as a list cleaner for HeyReach. Retrieve all leads from [LIST_ID] using MCP. Review both their job title and headline. From these, create a new list called Clean List – [DESIRED_JOB_ROLES] Only with only valid profiles matching [DESIRED_JOB_ROLES]. Exclude anyone with [EXCLUDED_ROLES] in their title or headline. Provide a short summary of which profiles were excluded and why, then finalize the new list.

What it does: Cleans a list by keeping only the job roles you want and excluding irrelevant ones.

Example:

Create a new list called Clean List – Founders Only. Exclude anyone with student or intern in their title/headline.

2. Company size mismatch

Prompt

You are analyzing lead data in HeyReach. Get all leads from [LIST_ID] and check their company size (if company data is insufficient do your own research). Create a new list called Clean List – [DESIRED_COMPANY_SIZE] containing only leads from companies within [DESIRED_COMPANY_SIZE]. Exclude all other company sizes. Provide a summary of how many were kept vs. excluded before creating the new list.

What it does: Filters a list by company size to keep only your target segment.

Example:

Keep companies with 50–500 employees only, exclude smaller and enterprise ones.
