We offer comprehensive health, vision, and dental benefits.
Hex covers 99% of premiums for employees, and 85% for dependents for our base plan (Aetna PPO 0; exact plans may vary by state). Employees are free to opt into other plans but are responsible for the premium difference. Hex also offers a high deductible health plan with HSA with an employer contribution.
Insurance benefits are administered through Rippling, which you can access on your first day. Open enrollment typically happens in November. We are unable to adjust plans until that time each year.
With enrollment in one of our Guardian plans, you also get access to mental health and wellness services through Spring Health. This benefit includes pre-paid therapy visits and unlimited access to their in-app wellness exercises such as mindfulness and meditation.
