You can make your page pretty by telling employee stories, what a day at your company looks like, what tools do you use, how you have fun, etc.
The visitors will see your company on our home page, along with the job openings in your company.
We won't charge you per job posts. You can post unlimited job postings on your company profile on HerJobs.
The more you post, the happier we are.
We will also actively amplify your brand and open positions through social media and community.
The job openings and your company will be mentioned several times a week across our social media channels.
Female talents who are looking for jobs constantly sign up to our platform. We vet them and if they pass our criteria we add them to our vetted candidate list.
You get direct access to the list of all vetted candidates. But let us be honest here - all the candidates might not be suitable for you. But you can choose who you want from the list.
If you have no time to find out the right person by yourself, leave it to us. No fluctuating costs based on the salary you give.

Early access to our job skill school graduates. We are working on an online school to train people from emerging economies on their job skills. If you are a hiring partner you will have early access to the graduates of each cohort.
We ask a long list of questions to everyone who signs up to understand their skill, what do they at their current job, what exactly are they looking for, what are they like as a person, etc.
Our team reviews the responses, clarifies any doubts if we have, and moves them to the vetted list if we are happy with the responses. If not we would give them an honest response and option to join our job skill school.
After preliminary vetting, If we think someone has what it takes to meet the requirements you have, we will conduct a short video discussion with them. The goal is to understand a bit more about the person, what they know, and what they are looking for. If we think it would be a good fit, we pass them on to you for further discussion.
