Here's what we've added:

• New salary module. Bonuses, fines, payouts, and new methods of accrual.
• Configuration of statuses. Tracking of unsuccessfully closed orders.
• Report on refunds.

New salary module

Solved problems:

• The salary report does not 'glitch' when you re-open the order.
• Modification of salary settings does not change already existing charges.
• Orders closed without payment are not included in the salary report.

New functions:

• Employee's balance — allows users to know how much the employee has already been paid to, and how much is still to be paid.
• Bonuses, fines and payouts — allows for manual control of the employees' accruals.

The module is located in the analytics section marked as New. It is activated after filling in new fields in the employee settings. Two new accruals have been also added:

1. Percentage from the order. The system calculates all the net profit from the order (including all added services and consumables) and charges the specified percentage.
2. Percentage from consumables in the order. The system calculates and charges a percentage for the consumables added to the order.

<aside> 🔥 Support for the old module will soon expire. To avoid confusion, switch to the new one. To do this, complete all employee payments for the old module at the end of the reporting period and set percentages in the new fields for the new module.

How does the new module function?

Now each employee has their own balance. The balance is the amount that you must pay to the employee. It consists of various charges for services, consumables, sales, as well as bonuses.
