The role

As the Strategy & Operations Manager you will have the unique opportunity to help build the foundations of Heights, working across a wide range of business functions. As you’ll join the early team, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and implementing the processes and structures that will help us scale, with exposure to all Business Ops activities. You’ll be fundamental in helping the full team execute. It’s a unique opportunity for a strong strategist looking to move into and grow in a key operational role.

You’ll be tasked with developing and executing strategic organisational plans and operational goals. To develop and steer the relevant initiatives, you’ll work closely with the senior leadership team to understand Heights’ near- and longer term objectives. Set up as a remote company, this means you’ll take the lead in cracking the remote-work puzzle, designing and facilitating ways of working that enable asynchronous work and scale for a global team. You’ll work closely with all different Ops teams and will be wearing many different hats. Your early-stage experience across all Ops functions sets you up to lead, build and manage teams in the areas of finance, customer care and/or people processes as you progress.
