Our first product is the Smart Supplement—20 essential nutrients in two capsules a day. Our commitment to the planet means that the supplement is 100% plant-based and shipped in sustainable packaging.
We also have a Braincare journal that helps people learn tactics, set goals and track achievements on their journey. Soon we’ll be launching a probiotic with the potential to revolutionize the sector.
We’re looking for a collaborative, energetic and detail-oriented CRM and Retention Manager to join us at a critical time of growth. You’ll lead strategy and execution of our Email/SMS channels and our retention efforts. You’ll analyze large data sets, deliver clear and concise plans and then drive improvement in growth and retention. This is a highly visible position and will play a key role in driving acquisition, repurchase rates and LTV.
The role sits on the Growth Team and reports to the SVP North America. This is a full-time position, remotely EU based.
