Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions set forth the detailed implementation and compliance matters of inbound travel contracts for foreign travelers within Korea entered into between Healthpedia Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the traveler.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The types and definitions of travel are as follows:

Package Tour:
A travel program in which the Company pre-determines the travel destination, itinerary, transportation, accommodation, and other services to be provided to travelers (hereinafter referred to as “Travel Services”), as well as the travel price, and recruits travelers through advertising or other means.
Article 3 (Obligations of the Company and the Traveler)
- The Company shall faithfully perform its duties in planning and executing travel services, including guidance, transportation, and accommodation, to provide safe and satisfactory travel services.
- Travelers shall actively cooperate to maintain harmony among travelers and comply with the Company’s travel order for a safe and enjoyable trip.
- Depending on the travel product, medical institution linkage services may be included, which shall be governed by Article 6-2 (Special Provisions on Medical Linkage Services).
Article 4 (Composition of the Contract)
- The travel contract consists of the travel contract form, these Terms and Conditions, and the travel itinerary (or travel description).
- The travel contract form shall include the Company’s name, address, and details of insurance coverage or business guarantee deposit in accordance with Article 9 of the Tourism Promotion Act.
- The travel itinerary (or travel description) shall include daily destinations, sightseeing details, transportation, shopping opportunities, accommodation, meals, services provided by the Company, and traveler precautions.
Article 5 (Refusal to Enter into Contract)
The Company may refuse to enter into a travel contract with a traveler if any of the following applies:
- The traveler requires special care due to illness or physical condition, or participation may hinder the smooth operation of a group tour.
