Process Description Seasonal technical maintenance inspection performed twice per year — once in April (post-winter check) and once in September (winter readiness check).
Purpose Identify structural wear, system failures, and safety risks before each major season. Protect the property, guests, and warranty compliance.
Scope Full exterior and structural inspection, systems testing (electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation), fire safety, pest check, and documented reporting of all findings.
Frequency Twice per year: April and September.
Material / Tools Needed Phone for photos, Guesty app access, Damage & Maintenance Report Form.
