1. Add to Collection settings
   1. a place to paste in a free DeepL API or SIL Acts2 key
   2. a list of desired source languages
2. At edit time
   1. remove any unwanted ai src langs
   2. ignore ai translation we already have (so we only “pay” once)

Ideally, it would be easy to load up a book with the translations and then go offline
