Last month, around 83% of campaign proposals are rejected by kitabisa internal team. The main issue for the rejection is the quality of informations provided by kitabisa's users. For example, most of the users are unable to describe their backgrounds, articulate their intentions for the campaign, or explain their plan to use the funds.
How might we improve the existing non-medical campaign creation process so the users could provide the right information and increase the overall campaign approval rate?
Hence, I defined background, objectives, and challenges as the case study baseline to make me got the same and consistent perspective along doing this project.
Aspiring middle class is a new terminology for me, therefore I need to know in advance what the characteristics of the users I want to research. To make it easier to explain about this type of user, here I will explain with a comparison of the middle class user$^1$ which I am more familiar with.
