Restructuring events team for max efficiency

Essa will be taking a small step back from events to delegate - she will still be reachable for assistance

Avengers team duties are able to be redelegated depending on each person’s strengths (communicate with each other if there’s a duty you do not prefer to ensure the duty will be done by someone)

Potentially move Miguel to be in charge of merch storage and shipments

Avengers weekly stand up to remain to solidify events team restructuring
